1. DAO members promote, poll and participate in the decision making process of Nektar and the Agency by voting on key decisions. For their participation, they earn Nektar tokens which can then be used to access our systems and services. 

2. The Nektar token is native to global high-quality projects reserved to DAO members. These projects are core to the Nektar ecosystem and support the SDGs.

3. A portion of tokens earned by DAO members are deducted and donated to support the SDGs. DAO members can also donate at any time for the initiative of their choice.
